Change Empowerment Group Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to empowering women and young girls through education, advocacy, and support. We believe that every woman and girl deserves the opportunity to reach her full potential, free from barriers and limitations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower women and girls from ages 4 to 99 to embrace their strengths, overcome challenges, and become resilient leaders in their communities. Through our various programs and initiatives, we continue to make a difference in the Greenville, SC community.

Meet the Founders

Michelle Mccarroll, the Founder believes in creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels special and like family. Her vision is to foster connections and ensure that each individual is valued and appreciated and become the best version of themselves. Her daily reminder to all is to "Just Breathe, You Got This" and " We can do Hard Things"

Jasmine Mccarrol, the Co-Founder, is dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover their inner strength and potential. With a passion for personal growth, she inspires others to embrace their unique journeys and achieve their goals. Her daily reminder to all is that " We are Better Together"
